TAITA TAVETA — Residents of California and Mwaranginyi villages in Mwatate, Taita Taveta County are set to benefit from improved access to clean and reliable water following the commissioning of two water tanks under the Josa Modambogho Water Project.
The two facilities were commissioned this morning as part of ongoing efforts to expand access to essential water services across local communities.
The project is expected to ease the burden faced by residents who have been travelling long distances in search of water, with the new facilities bringing an adequate supply of clean and fresh water closer to households.
