State House, Nairobi – President William Ruto has lauded Major (Rtd) Marsden Madoka as a true embodiment of patriotism and public service, during the official launch of his memoir “At The Ready” — a compelling chronicle of courage, leadership, and devotion to Kenya.
“Major (Rtd) Madoka has truly lived up to the spirit of his memoir ‘At The Ready’; a testament that patriotism is not merely declared, but demonstrated through a lifetime of steadfast service,” President Ruto remarked.
