MP Danson Mwashako Gifts Mdundonyi Secondary Kes.5Million for being the most improved school in Wundanyi.

Sunday,19th, Taita Taveta – Wundanyi Sub-County residents had all reasons to smile following the improvement performance trend witnessed in the 2024 KCSE Results . The local natives took they joy public to their social Media celebrating good performance of their children owing thanks to Wundanyi NG-CDF .


On 18th January 2025 Wundanyi NG-CDF Officials led by the office of the area MP visited several schools that recorded improvement in their academic results .

According to the Area MP Danson Mwashako , a Ksh.5 Million Performance prize programme Dubbed, “Boresha Matokeo Award” was initiated by through Wundany NGCDF to appreciate improving schools .

When I assumed office as the MP for Wundanyi , I promised my people improvement in Academic excellence for our children . I believe supporting and upgrading our learning institutions is one of the ways to improve , and gifting the most improved schools is also a way to motivate our teachers and children.


Mdundonyi Secondary School emerged this year’s winner receiving KES 5 million for being the most improved school in Wundany Sub-County, Mdundonyi Secondary was ranked the most improved school according to 2024 KCSE results.

According to the Award Organizers, the cash is set to go towards funding winning school’s preferred projects.

Remarkably, this year’s top four schools faced numerous challenges, highlighting the collective efforts of teachers and stakeholders to boost performance in Wundanyi Constituency.
