Mwashumbe has in the past claimed he worked in Former late president Mwai Kibaki’s Government ending up scamming thousands using different methods promising direct positions in the government.
The dark past of Mr Samuel Mwashumbe Ngoyo who was nabbed by detectives for impersonating former Interior PS Karanja Kibicho’s aide in 2020.
His arrest staged the Kenyan criminal justice system on the spot, on how a man who faced over 10 cases in court not only walked free but also swindled members of the public while at it using fake titles.
CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES
Mr Ngoyo has severally been arrested by sleuths attached to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) for impersonating top government officials.
Recently he was on the spot for employing new strategy targeting innocent Kenyans .
Prime Africa Investigation Desk has revealed that Mwashumbe has designed a network in the government recruiting new members who some are believed to be government officials feeding him with detailed information for his new victims.
Prime Africa has also established that Samuel Ngoyo has always been tailing President William Ruto’s County Development tours pausing as NIS intelligence officer.
It is also alleged that Samuel Mwashumbe Ngoyo is extorting moneys from innocent desperate Kenyans who are planning to Travel abroad for greener pastures.
Recent victims who we choose to hide (Their) identities were scammed Ksh.70,000 and More than Ksh.700,000 respectively in Immigration and Visa play.
Mr. Mwashumbe was arrested last evening in the act at one of the hotels in Nairobi and detained at Central Police Station awaiting further investigations.
