The County Director of Tourism, Wallace Mwaluma, confirmed that preparations for the event are nearing completion. “This year’s festival will highlight the beauty and depth of our traditions, creating a platform for cultural exchange and fostering unity among communities,” he stated.
The 10-day extravaganza will feature a variety of activities that celebrate Kenya’s diverse cultural identity, offering something for everyone:

“This festival is more than just a celebration of culture; it is a critical opportunity for local businesses, artisans, and performers to showcase their talent and products. It positions Taita Taveta County as a hub of culture and tourism,” added Mwaluma.
